The National Highways Authority of India has finalised a tentative list of 17 National Highway projects spanning a combined length of 1,692.5 kilometres for monetisation under the Toll-Operate-Transfer and Infrastructure Investment Trust modes during FY 2026-27.

The identified assets span nine states including Haryana, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Maharashtra, collectively representing key economic and logistics corridors with established traffic potential.
The initiative is part of the Government of India’s broader asset monetisation strategy, aimed at leveraging operational highway assets to mobilise capital for further infrastructure development, promote private sector participation, and accelerate the expansion and modernisation of the National Highway network. The list has been published on the NHAI website for investors and bidders to plan their investments.
