Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal inaugurated the three-lane Sarai Kale Khan flyover, stating that his government has saved Rs 557 crore in the construction of 30 flyovers over the past five years. He suggested that this accomplishment be recognised in the Guinness Book of World Records.
The Public Works Department (PWD) minister highlighted the transformation of the Sarai Kale Khan to Ashram area, with the DND extension to Ashram and the underpass easing traffic congestion. The newly opened flyover is expected to alleviate traffic issues in Sarai Kale Khan.
