Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines have completed the integration of their cargo operations onto a single platform, with Hawaiian Air Cargo migrating onto IBS Software’s iCargo system.

The move unifies both carriers within one digital cargo management environment, replacing Hawaiian’s legacy system and extending Alaska’s use of iCargo, which it has operated since 2022.
The consolidation standardises cargo policies across the combined network, simplifies billing and freight tracking, and gives customers access to a single online portal to book, ship, and track cargo across the full network. Real-time shipment visibility is now consistent across both carriers, enabling faster decision-making and improved service reliability for shippers and logistics partners.
The integration also enables Alaska to extend its GoldStreak Package Express service, a next-flight-out solution for time-critical shipments including medical supplies and urgent legal documents, to the Hawaiian Islands for the first time.
Ian Morgan, VP of Alaska Cargo, said iCargo now provides a consistent and reliable foundation that supports current operations while offering the scalability to grow. Radhesh Menon, VP and Head of Cargo and Logistics Solutions at IBS Software, said the integration reflects iCargo’s ability to support carriers through complex post-merger consolidations and deliver a platform built for long-term scale.
