Blue Ocean Corporation has partnered with IILM University to launch a logistics and supply chain skill development program. This collaboration will integrate Blue Ocean’s program, aligned with the ASCM Foundations Course, into IILM’s curriculum, marking a significant step in bridging the skill gap in India’s logistics sector. The program offers an internationally recognised certification, enhancing graduates’ employability in the growing logistics industry.
Dr. Sathya Menon, CEO of Blue Ocean, and Prof. (Dr.) Taruna Gautam, Vice Chancellor of IILM, signed the Memorandum of Understanding during a ceremony at the university’s Greater Noida campus. With India’s logistics sector expected to grow from $317.3 billion to $484 billion by 2029, this initiative aims to equip students with advanced skills to meet industry demands. The course emphasises practical learning, addressing India’s logistics inefficiencies while preparing future leaders for the evolving industry.
