The invitation-only Amsterdam event returns on June 3 and 4 with a sharper focus on artificial intelligence, sustainability and supply chain leadership.

DELIVER Europe, the invitation-only event for retail and supply chain leaders, has outlined its full 2026 conference programme ahead of its June 3 and 4 gathering at Taets Event Park in Amsterdam. Having marked its tenth anniversary in 2025 with record attendance, the event returns this year with a focus on commercially grounded questions facing the industry, addressing how artificial intelligence moves from pilot to scaled deployment, how circular economy models translate into measurable business value and how supply chain leaders build organisations capable of delivering on both.
The two-day agenda is structured around four core themes: the future of artificial intelligence in retail operations, net-zero and circular value chains, cross-chain collaboration and digital ecosystems and supply chain leadership including talent retention and workforce development. Headline speakers include Joeri Kuik, Vice President of Supply Chain at MediaMarktSaturn, Kirsty Keoghan, General Manager of Fashion and Luxury EU at eBay, Erin Augustine, Vice President of Global Sustainability at Oatly, Stefan Hofer, Chief Operating Officer of Emma The Sleep Company and Ken Tsay, Global Director of Technology at On. High-impact sessions from DP World, Amazon Shipping, FedEx Express, Geopost and Colissimo will examine social commerce and the transformation of last-mile delivery. The event will also feature the DELIVER Sustainability Pulse 2026, a data-led benchmark of the sector’s progress on environmental, social and governance commitments. DELIVER Europe will bring together over 1,000 C- and director-level retail and supply chain leaders alongside more than 140 solution providers in a fully hosted, invitation-only environment.
