TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has announced its strategic expansion into Kerala with the acquisition of a cutting-edge facility in Kochi. The 3 lakh sq. ft. warehouse, located on a 10-acre site in Edayar, marks TVS ILP’s entry as the first pan-India developer in Kerala, further strengthening its leadership in Grade A industrial infrastructure development across the country.
The new Kochi Park, designed for optimal operational efficiency and sustainability, boasts modern features such as 24/7 operational capability, ample parking, 12-meter clear height, LED lighting, and solar-powered installations.
