Om Logistics acquires ICD Bawal for ₹110 crore, boosting its logistics reach.
Om Logistics, a leading name in India’s supply chain management, has acquired the Inland Container Depot (ICD) at Bawal, Haryana, for ₹110 crore. This strategic move reinforces the company’s dominance in the logistics sector.
ICD Bawal, situated within the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) and along the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), spans 20 acres. The facility includes two automated rail lines, a 30,000 sq. ft. custom-bonded warehouse, and can handle 5,000 EXIM containers monthly.
The depot’s prime location offers exceptional connectivity to major ports like Mundra, Pipavav, and JNPT, as well as proximity to key airports, including Indira Gandhi International Airport. Its direct access to NH48, NH71, and the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor ensures seamless cargo movement across northern and western India.
This acquisition enhances Om Logistics’ operational capacity, optimising transit times and supply chain efficiency, solidifying its industry leadership.
