Group Concorde (GC), a prominent aviation specialist, announces its latest endeavour with the inauguration of a new office in Australia, set to commence operations on May 1st, 2024. Facilitated by ILG Aviation Australasia, this strategic expansion signifies GC’s commitment to serving clients across the region.
The new office locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth mark significant milestones in GC’s expansion strategy. Additionally, GC extends its reach to Auckland, New Zealand, further solidifying its presence in the Oceania region. Collaborations with airlines such as Philippine Airlines and Kuwait Airways are expected to bolster GC’s operations and connectivity throughout the region.
GC enters the Australian market as an independently operated GSSA service provider, poised to gain traction among airline principal partners seeking enhanced market visibility and revenue growth. Spearheading the operations is Hiran Samarasinha, Regional Director with over 40 years of experience in the aviation industry, particularly in the Australia / NZ markets. Assisting him is Andy Yuen, an experienced GSA specialist, bringing extensive knowledge of airline operations across Australia and the Hong Kong region.
