Funding to support manufacturing and EV expansion.

Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has raised ₹50 crore in a funding round co-led by Securocorp Securities, with participation from Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office and Vanshika Sharma. According to the company, the fresh capital will be used to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen research and development, enhance its nationwide dealer and service network, and accelerate the rollout of next-generation electric mobility solutions. OSM operates manufacturing facilities in Faridabad and Pune and manufactures electric commercial vehicles across cargo three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, premium electric two-wheelers and electric light commercial vehicles.
According to OSM, the company reported approximately ₹333 crore in revenue during FY26, with a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹7.3 crore and an EBITDA margin of 7.7 per cent. The company also stated that it serves customers including Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk and Nestlé. OSM said the investment will support its long-term expansion plans in India’s electric mobility sector.
