Apollo Supply Chain, the logistics services arm of the Apollo group, unveiled “alfa,” a robust e-commerce fulfilment and shipping service designed to streamline operations for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. With strategically positioned fulfilment centers in key cities such as Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Guwahati, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad, “alfa” aims to optimise logistics costs and accelerate delivery speeds.
The new service specialises in e-commerce fulfilment and shipping, catering to a diverse clientele, including D2C brands in early, growth, and late stages, as well as traditional brands seeking PAN India or multi-region distribution.
Apollo Supply Chain plans to expand its network to provide even faster and more efficient logistics services. Addressing challenges faced by D2C brands, “alfa” identifies and resolves key pain points to deliver a seamless experience for e-commerce customers. Notably, the service tackles issues related to limited control in outsourced fulfilment centers, ensuring adherence to order processing service level agreements (SLAs). “alfa” emerges as a strategic solution to revolutionise the e-commerce fulfilment landscape and contribute to the evolving success of D2C brands in India.
