Allcargo Gati launches rebranded fleet of alternative fuel vehicles for green logistics.
Allcargo Gati is set to introduce over 1,700 rebranded vehicles powered by alternative fuel solutions across India. These vehicles will be deployed for first and last-mile deliveries, aligning with the company’s sustainability efforts and its goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2040. The move is part of Allcargo Group’s broader rebranding initiative aimed at enhancing service capabilities while reducing environmental impact.
Uday Sharma, Chief Commercial Officer at Allcargo Gati, highlighted the fleet’s role in improving operational efficiency and sustainability, reducing both carbon emissions and costs for customers.
Kaushal Shetty, Head of Marketing and Transformation, emphasised that these eco-friendly vehicles will meet evolving market demands and align with the company’s vision to minimise its ecological footprint. The initiative complements India’s logistics growth under policies like PM Gati Shakti and the National Logistics Policy, supporting expansion into Tier 2 and 3 cities.
