Shadowfax has launched SF Shield, a cutting-edge security framework designed to strengthen logistics security and operational transparency. The initiative integrates AI-powered tracking and surveillance to mitigate risks and enhance delivery efficiency.
SF Shield comprises two key innovations—Track & Trace Solution and SF Eye. The Track & Trace system processes over 20 million scans daily, using AI to detect mishandling and loss, while high-definition cameras capture over 4 million images and videos for real-time verification. SF Eye addresses identity fraud by ensuring only verified riders handle shipments, reinforcing security within the gig workforce.
