ACFI elects Sanjiv Edward as President, forms new board for 2024-2026 term.
The Air Cargo Forum India (ACFI) has constituted a new governing board for the 2024-2026 term during its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 31, 2024, in New Delhi. Sanjiv Edward, CEO of Cargo and Logistics at GMR Group, has been elected as the new President of ACFI. He takes over from Yashpal Sharma, who will continue to contribute to ACFI as an Ex-Officio (Immediate Past President), supporting the forum’s objectives and the growth of the Indian economy.
The new board is enthusiastic about the future and committed to collaborating with the ACFI community to achieve new milestones. Their agenda includes focusing on air cargo infrastructure development, leveraging policies, simplifying business operations, and enhancing the overall ecosystem to bolster air cargo growth in India.
