In a significant leadership update, Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) has appointed Harish Chandra as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), in addition to his existing roles as Executive Director (Finance) and Company Secretary. Chandra’s new designation, effective from 11th October 2024, positions him as a pivotal figure in CONCOR’s financial strategy and governance.
With over 28 years of experience at CONCOR, Harish Chandra has played a crucial role in the company’s financial management and corporate affairs. He is a distinguished member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. His extensive expertise spans across key financial functions such as fund raising, accounts finalisation, financial vetting, management of joint ventures and subsidiaries, auditing, taxation, and banking.
