The Services Export Promotion Council has appointed Vipin Vohra, Chairman of Continental Carriers Pvt. Ltd., as its Vice-Chairperson. He will work with industry and government stakeholders to strengthen India’s services exports.

The Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC), set up by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, has nominated Vipin Vohra, Chairman of Continental Carriers Pvt. Ltd. (CCPL), as its Vice-Chairperson. SEPC works to promote India’s services exports and facilitates engagement between service sector stakeholders and the Government on policy and trade-related matters.
In his new role, Vohra will work with the Council, industry stakeholders and trade forums to identify key issues affecting services exports and take them up with the relevant ministries and government authorities. He will also focus on strengthening collaboration between industry and the Government to support the growth of India’s services sector.
Vohra plans to engage with trade forums and industry associations to gather feedback on sector-specific challenges. The inputs will help identify priority issues for discussion with the concerned authorities, particularly in areas such as logistics, customs, freight forwarding and trade facilitation.
The appointment recognises Vohra’s longstanding contribution to the logistics, freight forwarding and customs brokerage sectors and is expected to support broader efforts to enhance India’s services exports.
