Cargo Insights took flight on August 6th, 2022, with its launch event at Ibis, Aerocity. The magazine and the website were launched in New Delhi by Piyush Srivastava, Senior Economic Advisor to the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. in the presence of industry stalwarts.

Applauding the release, Mr Afzal Malbarwala mentioned how the air cargo industry has survived the past two years and called for players who encouraged transparency and integrity in their functioning. On the other hand, Mr Sunil Arora emphasised the role of journalism in the industry’s growth. He spoke on how critical it is for the cargo media not to lose focus, to bring in quality news and cover sectors besides air cargo for the complete picture.
Wishing Cargo Insights the best, Mr Rama Krishna S and Mr Vikram Jeet Singh highlighted the movement of knowledge between trade and media and the latter’s contribution to the industry. Mr Vipan Jain applauded the young and dynamic team of Cargo Insights. He also brought to the fore the current demand for accurate data and statistics by the industry experts and cargo houses daily.
