Goa convention to focus on strengthening India’s logistics ecosystem.

The Air Cargo Agents Association of India (ACAAI) hosted a media briefing in New Delhi to unveil plans for its 50th Annual Convention, scheduled to be held in Goa from September 25 to 28, 2026. The briefing was addressed by Samir J Shah, FCILT, B.Sc, L.L.B , President, ACAAI; Mr. Vikram Kumar, Vice President; Mr. Vinet K Chadha, Convention Co-Chairman and Mr. Sunil Arora, Board of Advisor. The convention will be held under the theme, “Made in India, Moved by India: Building the Logistics Ecosystem for a Trillion Dollar Economy.”
Speaking at the briefing, Mr. Shah said ACAAI, established in 1970, is celebrating its 56th year while hosting its 50th convention, with only six editions not being held due to exceptional circumstances, including the COVID-19 pandemic and the Bali volcanic eruption. He noted that the convention is returning to India after nearly 13 to 14 years and, for the first time, has been opened to non-ACAAI members to encourage wider industry participation. The association also aims to enable professionals from small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as second and third-line management from larger organisations, to attend the convention and gain greater industry exposure.
