India Post, India’s most extensive postal network, has joined forces with RapidShyp, a leading eCommerce shipping platform, to enhance logistics accessibility and efficiency nationwide. The agreement was formalised between Vickey Kumar, Director of Postal Services at India Post, and Ravi Goel, Chief Business Officer at RapidShyp. Through this collaboration, RapidShyp will integrate its advanced logistics technology with India Post’s unparalleled reach, optimising last-mile deliveries for eCommerce businesses.
The partnership leverages cutting-edge APIs for tariff calculation, label generation, pickup scheduling, and real-time tracking, simplifying operations for sellers and enhancing customer satisfaction.
With India’s eCommerce market projected to surge from $123 billion in 2024 to $292.3 billion by 2028, this alliance is set to empower Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) businesses and meet growing logistics demands.
