Bremer Lloyd has inaugurated a new office in Chennai, marking a strategic move to bolster its presence in one of the world’s most rapidly growing markets. Jakob Halm, Managing Director of Bremer Lloyd, expressed optimism about India’s potential, stating that the new office will enhance their service offerings for both local and international clients. Halm also emphasised the importance of the Chennai team in advancing the company’s digital strategy.
Madhan Mohan, Managing Director of Bremer Lloyd India, noted the surge in project logistics activity driven by major infrastructure projects and rising industrial growth. Mohan highlighted a growing trend of OEMs shifting focus to Indian suppliers as part of their cost-effective sourcing strategies. He anticipated increased demand both locally and globally, with initial orders already flowing in through their network.
