Accenture has completed the acquisition of Flo Group, a prominent European consultancy and Oracle business partner renowned for its expertise in global supply chain logistics. This strategic move aims to bolster Accenture’s Oracle capabilities in Europe, enhancing the ability to build resilient and agile supply chains with end-to-end visibility. While financial terms remain undisclosed, this acquisition is poised to elevate Accenture’s position in the European market.
Established in 2007 and headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, Flo Group operates with additional offices in Argentina and India. With a team of 280 professionals, Flo brings extensive experience to the Accenture Oracle Business Group, enriching its capabilities to support clients in navigating supply chain transformations effectively.
Andrea Cesarini, lead of the Accenture Oracle Business Group in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, expressed enthusiasm, highlighting the synergies between Accenture and Flo Group. This collaboration is expected to unlock significant value for clients across Europe, enabling them to leverage digital solutions for supply chain optimisation.
Michiel Keijzer, CEO of Flo Group, expressed confidence in the merger, emphasising the opportunity to deliver logistics excellence at scale and create new growth avenues.
This acquisition follows Accenture’s recent addition of Inspirage, further enhancing its integrated Oracle Cloud capabilities, particularly in supply chain management.
