AI Engineering Services (AIESL), is currently engaged in discussions with three to four international carriers for potential collaborations. Simultaneously, negotiations are in progress with a domestic airline for a substantial long-term contract.
This strategic move unfolds amid the government’s consideration of divesting AIESL, which has consistently generated an average annual revenue of around Rs. 2,000 crore over the past three years. Sharad Agarwal, CEO of AI Engineering Services, revealed that the company has embarked on aircraft checks for Kuwait Airways since September, underscoring its global footprint and commitment to advancing MRO engagements on a broader scale.
