Sumadhura Group leases 1.8 lakh sq. ft. to NX Logistics India at Bengaluru’s largest Grade A logistics park, marking one of Nippon Express’ biggest deals in India.
Sumadhura Group, a leading real estate developer in South India, has secured a major leasing agreement with NX Logistics India (Nippon Express). The deal involves 1.8 lakh square feet of warehousing space at Sumadhura Logistics Park, Bengaluru’s largest Grade A logistics facility. This agreement is part of the first phase of Sumadhura Logistics Park’s development, which spans 2.5 million sq. ft. and marks one of Nippon Express’s largest warehousing transactions in India.
The nine-year lease covers a state-of-the-art, ready-to-move-in warehouse space tailored for the FMCG sector, reflecting the growing demand for top-quality warehousing solutions. Sumadhura Group is investing Rs. 600 crores in this phase, with plans to expand the park to 6 million sq. ft. in future phases.
