The 15th edition of the India Warehousing Show will be held from June 25 to 27, 2026, at YashoBhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi.

The India Warehousing Show, organised by RX India, will host its 15th edition from June 25 to 27, 2026, at YashoBhoomi (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi. The three-day event is expected to bring together more than 15,000 trade visitors and over 300 national and international exhibitors across 20,000 square metres of exhibition space.
The show serves as a convergence point for the warehousing and logistics ecosystem, bringing together industry leaders, decision-makers, policymakers and investors across sectors including warehousing, automation, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, automotive, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce and third and fourth-party logistics.
The 2026 edition arrives as India’s logistics industry, currently valued at approximately USD 380 billion, expands at 10 to 12 per cent annually, though logistics costs remain at nearly 12 per cent of GDP compared to the global benchmark of 8 to 9 per cent. The Government of India has committed Rs11 lakh crore towards logistics infrastructure development under initiatives including PM Gati Shakti and the National Logistics Policy. The event will be accompanied by a two-day conference themed “Gati to Growth: Synchronizing Infrastructure and Intelligence in India’s Warehousing for a $5 Trillion Economy,” featuring more than 50 speakers across eight sessions covering supply chain resilience, logistics optimisation, cold chain infrastructure, sustainability and e-commerce expansion. Umang Gupta, Country Head of RX India, said the India Warehousing Show 2026 would be the platform where policy intent meets deployable solutions, enabling real transformation across the value chain.
