Chennai’s Integral Coach Factory (ICF) has introduced a fresh chapter in Indian rail travel with the debut of an orange-gray themed Vande Bharat Express. The new color palette comes after Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw’s recent visit to the coach plant, where he observed the under-construction Vande Bharat Express adorned in its distinctive orange shade. Exclusive images reveal the fully completed orange Vande Bharat Express on its inaugural test track run, showcasing ICF’s innovative approach.
While the exterior showcases the captivating new hue, the train’s interior remains unchanged. However, the orange-gray variant incorporates all 25 upgrades featured in the recent train batch. Enhancements encompass improved safety features and passenger amenities, based on traveler feedback. The train’s debut aligns with Indian Railways’ efforts to enhance passenger experience, fostering safer and more comfortable rail journeys across the country.
