KSH Logistics rebrands to KSH Integrated Logistics following NCLT-approved Merger-Demerger scheme.
KSH Logistics (KLPL), one of India’s most trusted 3PL fulfilment companies, has rebranded itself as KSH Integrated Logistics (KILPL). This strategic transition follows the successful completion of a Merger-Demerger scheme under the jurisdiction of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Mumbai.
The rebranding marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey, highlighting its transformative evolution since its inception in 1995. Under this restructuring, KLPL’s operational facets have seamlessly integrated into KSH Integrated Logistics Private Limited, formerly known as Kamal Diesels Pvt Ltd, a sister entity.
