Global data and AI firm Straive has acquired NextGen Invent, an AI engineering and enterprise services provider with offices in New York and Noida.

Straive, a global leader in data and artificial intelligence operationalisation, has announced the acquisition of NextGen Invent, an AI engineering and enterprise services provider serving clients across industries including life sciences and manufacturing. NextGen Invent has offices in New York, United States and Noida, India. Novistra Capital acted as the exclusive sell-side adviser to NextGen Invent. The acquisition is intended to accelerate Straive’s ability to build, run and transform client business priorities, bringing NextGen Invent’s vertical expertise in healthcare, life sciences and logistics and manufacturing into the Straive fold.
