The Amazon Fulfilment Centre in Hyderabad was purchased by IndoSpace Core, the logistics and industrial real estate vehicle, from GMR Group, significantly enhancing its pan-India portfolio. This is IndoSpace’s first purchase in the area.
With this investment, IndoSpace deepens its core tenant relationship and strengthens its regional reach. According to a press release, the acquisition, which covers more than 0.8 million square feet, expands IndoSpace’s portfolio to almost 58 million square feet of cutting-edge logistics and industrial infrastructure spread across 51 parks throughout India.
