Sourcex India 2025 begins in New Delhi, bringing global buyers and Indian exporters together to expand trade opportunities.
The Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), with support from the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, inaugurated the 3rd edition of Sourcex India 2025 on March 26 at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, New Delhi. The event was officially opened by Santosh Kumar Sarangi, Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Government of India.
In his keynote address, Sarangi highlighted the government’s commitment to strengthening India’s export ecosystem through initiatives like Make in India, Startup India, and the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme. He emphasised digitisation, ease of doing business, and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) as key drivers for expanding India’s global trade footprint.
Ashwani Kumar, Officiating President of FIEO, described Sourcex India 2025 as a pivotal platform connecting Indian exporters with over 150 global buyers from 45+ countries. The event features diverse sectors, including FMCG, textiles, e-commerce, and logistics, while also showcasing award-winning artisans supported by the Ministry of Textiles.
