Prozo has announced the elevation of Vaibhav Dhawan to the combined role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective April 1, 2025. This strategic leadership consolidation aims to integrate the company’s technology roadmap more closely with its operational strategies, ensuring agility, improved service delivery, and faster decision-making.

Dhawan has been an integral part of Prozo’s journey since its early stages, playing a critical role in building its tech infrastructure. In his expanded capacity, he will focus on strengthening the synergy between innovation and execution across client engagements.

According to Prozo’s founder and CEO Ashvini Jakhar, Dhawan’s practical approach to solving supply chain challenges through tech-driven solutions makes him well-suited for this dual role. Dhawan expressed enthusiasm for his broader responsibilities, stating that aligning technology and operations will further enhance client value and operational efficiency.

Prozo currently operates over 2.2 million square feet of warehousing space across 14+ cities and services more than 24,000 pin codes nationwide.
