Jeena & Company, a global leader in freight forwarding and supply chain solutions, has announced its merger with the renowned JBS Group based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, marking a significant step towards providing comprehensive logistic services.
This strategic merger brings together two legacy organisations, enhancing logistics solutions in both international and domestic sectors.
Post-merger, JB Shah Logistics will be rebranded as JBS JEENA Logistics, amalgamating the rich legacies of the 67-year-old JBS Group and the 124-year-old Jeena Group. The combined entity anticipates a 100 percent growth trajectory, leveraging the expertise and resources of both organisations.
