TVS ILP enters East India, acquiring a state-of-the-art industrial park in Siliguri, West Bengal.
TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has made its debut in eastern India by acquiring a 1.40 lakh sq ft industrial facility in Siliguri, West Bengal. Situated on a 5.66-acre site in Fulbari, the facility establishes TVS ILP as the first Grade A industrial developer in the region.
Located in the “Gateway of North-East India,” this strategic facility aims to bolster cross-border trade and enhance supply chain operations. It caters to the increasing demand for modern logistics solutions, already supporting a prominent e-commerce client and offering build-to-suit options for businesses.
With existing operations in 13 cities, including a Cuttack facility, TVS ILP is poised to further expand in the region, with Guwahati identified as the next target. This step aligns with the company’s focus on unlocking growth opportunities in tier-II and tier-III markets.
