New EV charging hub in Ghaziabad offers 70 slow chargers and one fast DC charger.
Terra Charge, an electric vehicle charging infrastructure developer, has inaugurated a new public EV charging station at Village Morta, Delhi Meerut Highway, Ghaziabad. The hub includes 70 slow chargers of 3.3 kW and a fast 60 kW DC charger, all utilising advanced CCS Type 2 technology. This state-of-the-art facility caters to both public and commercial electric vehicles, aiming to enhance the convenience of EV users in the region.
The CEO of Terra Charge, Akihiro Ueda, highlighted the station’s importance, calling it one of India’s largest EV hubs. The facility can accommodate up to 72 vehicles simultaneously, offering round-the-clock customer support within a secure, gated environment.
Terra Charge invested INR 5 crore in this project as part of its mission to expand India’s EV infrastructure, with 50 stations and over 400 charging points already operational across the country. The company is also exploring partnerships to drive further growth in India’s rapidly expanding EV market.
