Çelebi India to enhance SpiceJet’s operations at Chennai Airport.
Çelebi India has been appointed as the ground handling partner for SpiceJet at Chennai International Airport (MAA), further strengthening its footprint in India’s aviation sector. Effective immediately, this collaboration aims to enhance passenger and operational experiences at one of the country’s busiest airports.
SpiceJet recently expanded its network with over 60 new flights, including UDAN routes connecting Shivamogga with Chennai and Hyderabad, and double-daily flights between Chennai and Kochi. These additions position Chennai as a key sector for the airline.
Çelebi continues to serve SpiceJet at Mumbai and Goa airports, with this new mandate reinforcing its expertise as a premier ground handler. Tauseef Khan, CEO of Çelebi India, highlighted the company’s commitment to innovative, efficient services, aligning with India’s dynamic aviation growth.
