Softlink Academy partners with MITCON to offer technology-driven logistics training, addressing industry skill shortages.
Softlink Academy, the skill development initiative of Softlink Global, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MITCON, a leader in skill-based education, to enhance workforce readiness in the logistics sector.
This collaboration falls under the LogiSKILL program, designed to equip students with hands-on training in logistics technology. Participants will gain expertise in industry-leading tools, receive globally recognised certifications, and be prepared for diverse roles in logistics operations, documentation, and customs.
Softlink Academy also offers LogiEXPERT, a certification validating logistics software proficiency, and LogiLEARN, which integrates logistics courses with practical industry exposure.
With logistics being one of the largest employment sectors yet facing a talent shortage, this initiative aims to bridge the gap by providing specialised training supported by Softlink’s technology and MITCON’s educational expertise.
