The demand for 5PL services has increased gradually in recent years as a result of the rise of e-commerce, an increase in international trade activities, and increased supply chain complexities. The post-pandemic increase in ready-to-cook food categories is also a major reason for the increase in this sector’s 5PL service segment.

Snowman Logistics will now offer distribution and consolidation services, as well as sourcing on behalf of its customers, in addition to the existing 3PL services of transportation and warehousing. In this model, we work as an extension of the client’s organisation, developing suppliers, negotiating pricing on their behalf, auditing manufacturing plants, sharing production and requirement planning, buying stocks from them, consolidating in warehouse, and selling to clients. The Snowman Quality Team completes the vendor onboarding process after an extensive quality audit, commercial benchmarking, and due diligence.
