Launched on January 10, 2024, as part of Redington’s commitment to corporate social responsibility, COLTE emerges as a collaborative venture with the Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC).
COLTE is poised to expand its footprint across India, serving as a learning and training academy for logistics and supply chain practices. Equipped with cutting-edge displays, AR VR simulators, and training facilities, it focuses on skilling unemployed youth and upskilling/reskilling the existing workforce in the logistics and supply chain sector.
COLTE’s state-of-the-art facilities, including Simulation Labs with Truck Driving, Warehouse, and Forklift Simulators, offer real-time experiential learning. This aligns with the New Logistics Policy and Gati Shakti initiatives, aiming to improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
