Pushkar Nath Thakur will take over as Chief Commercial Officer of Delhi International Airport in April 2023, succeeding Sanjiv Edward. Pushkar formerly served as DIAL’s Vice President of Strategic Planning. For three years, he led the strategy team. He oversaw strategy creation and implementation at Delhi Airport. He will oversee DIAL’s aeronautical business, which includes passenger, cargo, and aviation auxiliary services. Prior to joining DIAL, he worked in management consulting for Deloitte and PwC for almost a decade, with a focus on infrastructure segments. He worked on projects spanning numerous sectors such as aviation, roads, logistics, and railways, providing services such as transaction consulting, PPP advisory, bid process management, sector analysis, and policy recommendations. He has also worked in the field of Combined Cycle Power Plant Design Engineering. Handled main plant systems such as gas turbines and steam turbines and has been a CCPP heat and mass balance diagram specialist.
