NIDO Group & 1Pharmacy join forces to enhance Urmedz’s order processing.
NIDO Group, a leader in warehouse automation, has partnered with 1Pharmacy to revolutionise the order fulfillment and sorting processes for Urmedz. This collaboration aims to digitise and optimise the pharmaceutical supply chain, enhancing efficiency, reducing errors, and streamlining operations.
NIDO Group’s advanced automation technology and ERP integration are set to double Urmedz’s order processing capacity and improve sorting accuracy to 99.9 percent. This integration will also reduce order processing time by 50 percent, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.

Urmedz, currently operating from two fulfillment centers, plans to expand across India with the support of NIDO Group’s automation expertise and 1Pharmacy’s AI-enabled Warehouse Management System (WMS). This partnership ensures broader access to medications nationwide, enhancing the pharmaceutical supply chain.
