IndiaPost, in a collaborative effort with Maharashtra Postal Circle, organised a Tech Logistics Conclave to showcase the latest technological advancements in logistics to the e-commerce industry, policymakers, and stakeholders. The event, hosted by Kishan Kumar Sharma, Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtra Circle, aimed at fostering innovation and excellence in logistics technology.
Amitabh Singh, Postmaster General, Mails and Business Development, stressed the pivotal role of technology in enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction within postal services. Participants from across the country convened to deliberate on key topics such as e-commerce logistics, last-mile delivery solutions, and the integration of technology in postal services.
The conclave featured an insightful presentation by expert Tamil Rajan on emerging trends in logistics technology, while Prof. Sushmita Aghalaya from IIM Mumbai addressed the significance of logistics in e-commerce.
