Horizon Industrial Parks partners with CWC to modernise 13 last-mile logistics assets in India.
Horizon Industrial Parks, under Blackstone Real Estate funds, has been appointed by the Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) to manage and modernise a portfolio of 13 last-mile logistics assets. This 45-year partnership aims to transform government-owned properties into Grade-A facilities catering to e-commerce, retail, third-party logistics, and cold chain sectors.
These assets are primarily located in last-mile areas across major cities like the National Capital Region, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore, with a development potential of 2.4 million square feet. An investment of approximately INR 700 crore has been committed to this project, marking one of India’s largest last-mile logistics portfolios.
