In a major development, Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV) and Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India (DFCCIL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster collaboration for a Centre of Excellence, academic curriculum development, joint training programs in railways and freight, joint research, faculty support, and student internships.
The event, held under the visionary leadership of DFCCIL MD Shri Praveen Kumar and attended by key leaders including Col. Mayank Upadhyay, Col. Alok Shankar Pandey, and Executive Directors, marks a significant milestone in industry-academia collaboration.
Highlighting DFCCIL’s commitment to talent from GSV, the organisation emerged as the top recruiter in 2024, hiring 15 graduates for full-time roles. Today’s occasion became even more memorable as four new recruits—Era Kataria, Anshul Mittal, Ujjwal, and Amit Kumar—joined DFCCIL in the Operations & Business Development domain.
