FFFAI receives top recognition for its role in developing the INSTC corridor at the 33rd CCTT Plenary Meet.
The Federation of Freight Forwarders’ Associations in India (FFFAI) has been awarded the prestigious “Eurasian Transportation Excellence Award” during the 33rd Plenary Meeting of the International Coordinating Council on Trans-Eurasian Transportation (CCTT). This accolade acknowledges FFFAI’s pivotal contributions to the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC) and its robust collaboration with CCTT.
The event witnessed participation from over 100 representatives spanning 18 countries, including India, Russia, and UAE, addressing critical topics such as multimodal logistics, digitalisation, and cross-border trade facilitation. Prominent dignitaries highlighted the strategic significance of the INSTC, with keynotes focusing on India’s growth in trade connectivity and infrastructure development.
FFFAI’s leadership emphasised the corridor’s role as a vital alternative amidst global trade disruptions, facilitating reefer and pharmaceutical cargo. Their ongoing efforts in enhancing digital tools, infrastructure, and stakeholder collaboration continue to shape the INSTC as a vital global trade route. The meeting also marked the launch of the CCTT HelpDesk to streamline Eurasian logistics operations.
