Ecom Express has appointed Krishnananda Bhattacharjya as Chief Product Officer, entrusting him with the strategic responsibility of shaping and designing business-centric products, with a focus on innovation.
Bhattacharjya, who joined Ecom Express in 2018 and is an alumnus of ISB, has played a pivotal role in the evolution of the network planning function. His influence extends to overseeing control tower operations, where he has been instrumental in implementing automated sorters—a crucial element in Ecom Express’ automation journey.
This initiative significantly augmented the company’s capacity, synergising with data science capabilities to optimise the network footprint and deliver exceptional service levels in the market.
