DTDC Express has launched DIVA 2.0, the first-ever Conversational GenAI in the Indian logistics industry. This advanced virtual assistant enhances customer experience by addressing shipping and delivery queries in 17 regional languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and more.
DIVA 2.0, available on the MyDTDC app and website, features improved AI capabilities, Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and machine learning, adapting with each interaction to provide more accurate and human-like responses. The multilingual support ensures a broader, inclusive experience, catering to a diverse customer base across India.
CEO Abhishek Chakraborty highlighted that DIVA 2.0 is a step forward in DTDC’s innovation strategy, aiming to improve operational efficiency and deliver personalised customer service. Director of Customer Experience, Arpita C. Mittra, emphasised that the company’s commitment to advanced technology would set new standards for logistics customer support.
