The Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), led by MD Santosh Sinha, hosted ‘Abhiuday’—A’ Stakeholder Interaction Meet at the India Habitat Centre, Delhi. The event highlighted CWC’s groundbreaking initiatives to transform India’s logistics sector, including:
Enhanced transportation on key routes
Expanded cargo handling at ICD Loni for domestic and EXIM cargo
Cost-efficient rail operations on vital corridors
Dedicated road connectivity linking major cities and ports
Integration with NLDS and ULIP for digital trade efficiency

The event spotlighted ICD-Patparganj (ICD-PPG) for its exceptional performance, ensuring seamless cargo movement despite global challenges like the Red Sea crisis. This success aligns with India’s rise to 22nd rank in the 2024 Logistics Performance Index (International Shipments category), underscoring CWC’s operational excellence.
