BENZ Packaging expands in India with a larger Chennai facility and new Haryana plant.
BENZ Packaging has announced significant expansion efforts in India. The company has inaugurated a larger facility in Chennai and acquired prime land in Haryana for a new manufacturing plant.
The Chennai facility, previously 7,000 sq ft, now spans 25,000 sq ft, doubling its workforce from 35 to 70 skilled workers. This expansion aims to meet increasing customer demands and enhance manufacturing capabilities, catering to sectors like automotive, steel, defense, and food preservation.
BENZ Packaging has acquired 1.5 acres in Haryana for a new manufacturing plant with an investment of over INR 50 crore. This facility will follow the highest industry standards and offer diverse product lines, creating 275 direct and 300 indirect jobs, boosting the local economy.
BENZ Packaging’s commitment to growth is also reflected in its global reach, with direct sales offices across Asia and operations in over 84 countries through Propagroup Italy. Its clientele includes industry giants such as Maruti Suzuki, Boeing, and Toyota.
