Arvind SmartSpaces plans a 440-acre industrial park on NH47, valued at ₹1,350 crore.

Arvind SmartSpaces has announced a 440-acre industrial park project on NH47, Bavla-Bagodara Road, Ahmedabad. The initiative, undertaken through a joint development model with a 70.5 percent revenue share, is projected to generate a top-line potential of ₹1,350 crore. Positioned strategically on NH47, the site offers connectivity to major cities like Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Gandhinagar, and Rajasthan, along with access to key ports such as Kandla, Mundra, and Pipavav.
Close proximity to the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) and Dholera Special Investment Region enhances its appeal. The region already hosts industries across pharmaceuticals, engineering, renewables, and logistics, making it a thriving industrial hub.
The park will feature robust infrastructure, including a common effluent treatment plant, Zero Liquid Discharge facilities, labor and executive housing, logistics zones, and more. CEO Kamal Singal expressed enthusiasm for expanding the company’s horizontal portfolio in Ahmedabad, viewing this development as a sustainable opportunity in the region’s booming industrial market.
