Businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026.

UAE businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) by 30 October 2026 and go live on 1 January 2027. Without an ASP in place, invoices cannot clear the FTA. An ASP validates every invoice against PINT AE, exchanges it over PEPPOL and reports it to the FTA in real time.
The Ministry of Finance moved the Phase 1 ASP deadline once, from 31 July to 30 October 2026. The 1 January 2027 go-live did not move with it.
Newage, a PEPPOL Certified ASP, is ready to onboard businesses now. It offers API, SFTP or Excel/CSV integration with minimal ERP changes, backed by a dedicated helpdesk.
Newage connects freight invoicing to the ASP channel so that every invoice leaves in the structure the UAE system expects. Invoices are raised in NewageNXT and exchanged through the appointed ASP. Data is checked against Peppol PINT AE before it leaves the invoice screen, and transmission status is tracked on every invoice, from sent to reported.
