Aerospace logistics provider names Matt Silverberg as new Chief Executive Officer.

B&H Worldwide has appointed Matt Silverberg as its Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. He succeeds Stuart Allen, who has led the company as CEO for the past 13 years and will now serve as Chairman and Board Advisor. Based in the United States, Silverberg will oversee the company’s global operations and strategic growth initiatives, while Allen will continue to provide strategic guidance from Singapore.
Silverberg brings extensive leadership experience across time-critical logistics, supply chain and professional services. During his career, he has held senior executive roles including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, leading business transformation programmes, driving revenue growth and managing international teams. His appointment comes as the aerospace industry continues to see rising demand for resilient and technology-enabled supply chain solutions.
Commenting on his appointment, Silverberg said he looks forward to building on B&H Worldwide’s nearly four decades of experience by investing in innovation, strengthening the company’s international capabilities and delivering greater value to customers and partners. Allen said Silverberg’s commercial expertise and international leadership experience make him well placed to lead the company through its next phase of growth.
