ZYOD’s new Gurugram facility boosts fashion logistics with tech-driven, scalable, and sustainable infrastructure.

In a major boost to India’s fashion logistics infrastructure, ZYOD has launched a 1 lakh sq. ft. smart manufacturing facility in Gurugram. Positioned as a critical link in the global fashion supply chain, the unit is set to produce over 60 lakh garments annually, catering to enterprise clients like Walmart, Marks & Spencer, and Tesco.
The 7P facility features automated production lines, IoT-enabled tracking, and digital fabric processing, key enablers for speed, traceability, and lean logistics. Co-founder Ankit Jaipuria emphasised that the factory will serve as a blueprint for efficient, ethical, and future-ready apparel supply chains in India.
SEDEX-compliant and equipped with solar power, water treatment, and waste management systems, the facility also reinforces sustainable logistics practices.
Partially operational from July 15, the plant will generate over 2,000 jobs across roles, supporting last-mile connectivity and contributing to India’s growing status as a global logistics hub for fashion and retail.
